The customer must ask for a Money Back Guarantee in order to receive one.
The customer must send photos of their hair to our company and receive confirmation by email that they will be covered by our Money Back Guarantee.
The Money Back Guarantee contract comes into effect as soon as the customer receives our confirmation email to commence treatment.
The 101 Hair Loss Starter Program must be finished within a maximum time of 6 months (preferably 4 months).
On completion of the 101 Hair Loss Starter Program, the customer must email (send to sales@101.com.au with your full name and mobile number) their second set of photographs taken of the same areas (same lighting, angles and distances from the camera) as were photographed originally. This should be done not more than 6 months (preferably 4 months) after the customer has been approved to commence their 101 Hair Loss Starter Program. The customer must have their 2nd set of photographs taken with the same hair length, style and colour. For accurate photo comparisons, it is the customers’ responsibility to have their hair in the same style as when the first photos were taken.
If the customer does not receive any result after completing the 101 Hair Loss Starter Program, all money will be refunded. After completion of the 101 Hair Loss Starter Program, we define "a result" as “more hair”, “no further hair loss” or “stronger hair”.
This contract will be valid for 6 months after the client receives the approval to commence the 101 Hair Loss Starter Program.
EXCLUSION:
Australian Hair & Scalp Clinics reserves the right to withhold this Money Back Guarantee where the user is substantially bald and/or in the case where the use and directions have not been followed.
