101 Hair & Skin Care Pty Ltd was established in April 1997 by Mr. Gang Lu and Professor Zhangguang Zhao. Mr. Gang Lu is the Chief Executive Officer of this company and owns a 50% share of this joint venture. Professor Zhao and his Zhang Guang 101 Group in Beijing, where the 101 Products are manufactured, owns the remaining 50% share. 101 Hair & Skin Care Pty Ltd is the exclusive sales agent of 101 Hair & Skin Care Products in Australia.

As the letter above denotes, Mr. Gang Lu holds the exclusive rights to sell 101 Hair & Skin Care Products in Australia.

Professor Zhangguang Zhao authorized Mr Lu under the 101 Hair and Skin Care P/L name, to negotiate and establish further can only have one sole sales agent agreements in Australia as well as in other countries throughout the world.

In 1997, during his Australian visit, Professor Zhao congratulated Mr. Lu for the work he had done promoting 101 Hair Products in Australia during the previous five years. Professor Zhao asked Mr. Lu continue to market 101 Hair & Skin Care Products both in Australia and internationally through the internet. Also at this time, Professor Zhao invested AUD$16,000 into his and Mr. Lu's company, 101 Hair & Skin Care Pty Ltd. To date, Professor Zhao provides regular support to Mr. Lu to maintain 101 Hair & Skin Care Products as a leading brand in the Australian hair loss industry.

Australian Dragon Co. P/L was set up on the 20th of April, 1995. Mr. Lu is the sole Director of this company which currently trades as NUHAIR.

NUHAIR was originally created in January 1993 after Mr. Lu gave a friend six bottles of 101D Hair Tonic for free. After a period of time, Mr. Lu's friend reported some new growth of hair and thus the company was formed.

Prior to 1997, Australian Dragon Co. P/L exported more than two and half million dollars of Australian, American, Turkey and French products to P. R. China.

In April 1997, during his Australian visit, Professor Zhao appointed Australian Dragon Co. Pty. Ltd. trading as NUHAIR as his sole sales agent in the state of Victoria, Australia. It was soon after Professor Zhao's visit that Mr. Lu decided to concentrate solely on building the 101 Hair & Skin Care business.
