  1. Q: What causes hair loss?

    A: According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the main factor causing your hair loss is that the roots of your hair can't receive enough nutrients which feed the hair follicles, then the hair follicles are not able to produce strong, healthy hairs.

  2. Q: How does 101 Hair Tonic Series work?

    A: 101 works by dramatically increasing blood supply which enrich the hair follicles with nutrients. Also the herbs in 101 Hair products have their own hair promoting nutrients.

  3. Q: How soon can I see some results?

    A: Hair revival does not occur within a short period of time. Those with hair problems usually need 1-5 courses of treatment, depending on individual needs. Normally after one course of treatment, you can see some results. One course takes two months to complete.

  4. Q: How to use 101 Hair Tonic Series properly?

    A: Gently rub 4mls (two applications of 2mls) of 101 hair tonic onto affected areas of your scalp. Make sure your hair and scalp are dry. Apply a deep pressure massage with fingertips for 3 to 5 minutes until the solution disappears. Then comb hair as normal.

  5. Q: How long should I use 101 products?

    A: During the first month treatment with two bottles of 101B Hair Tonic, you may first notice that your hair loss is under control.  Then some black spots (hair follicles opened up) may appear around the edge of your thinning area or even some baby hair could be seen at the end of the first month with the help of other people.

    At the end of the second month after you finished two bottles of 101F or 101D, more black spots may appear around the edge of your thinning area. Also some black spots that appeared in the first month will become baby hair.  The newly grown hair will be much healthier and stronger than it was in the first month.  Your other hair will become more manageable than before.

    For the second course of treatment, you should continue to use the hair tonic, twice a day, 4ml each time.  More baby hair will grow out.

    For the third and fourth course of treatment, if you want to maintain your hair, you can use the hair tonic once a day, 4ml each time; if you want to promote the re-growth of your hair, you should still use the hair tonic twice a day, 4ml each time.

    After eight months, you can use the hair tonic once a day at night, 2ml each time for four months.

    After one year, you can stop using the hair tonic completely. Or you can continue to use the product once a day or once every second day, 2ml each time for as long as you like.

  6. Q: Why should you take photos before and after the treatment?

    A: Only photos can record the exact conditions of your hair at the different stages of your hair re-growth because the hair re-growth is a slow process. By comparing the photos taken before and after the treatment of our "ReVive Program", most customers will see some good results.

  9. Q: Can I use a hair dryer, hair sprays, mousses etc. while using 101 Hair Tonics?

    A: An hair dryer can be used after you wash your hair. Then apply the particular 101 Hair Tonic onto your clean, dry scalp. After the hair Tonic dries, you can use hair sprays, mousses, etc.

  11. Q: Why is my scalp itchy or oily? And what can I do about it?

  12. Q: Should I use a conditioner after using 101 Shampoo? If so what conditioner would you recommend?

    A: You can use any brand of hair conditioner together with 101 Shampoo.

  13. Q: What do I do if I use gel or mousse everyday?

    A: Wash the mouse or gel out each night with water and no shampoo. Use warm water only, not hot. We recommend you use 101 Shampoo every second or third day.

  14. Q: Does the scalp smell strongly after the use of any of the 101 products?

    A: The tonics smell a little for about half an hour after application. After this time, people can smell the tonic only if they come very close to you.

  15. Q: Does massage help?

    A: A head massage improves blood circulation in your scalp to "feed" the hair follicles with nutrition. A regular body massage would not help a great deal. The massage needs to be localized.
